The Harry Potter movies are streaming on Netflix right now, as are the main line Resident Evil flicks. They may not necessarily be worth a spot on our big Netflix recommendations list, but fans should take note. UPDATE: Over the last month we saw a big push on two legacy movie franchises on Netflix. However, don't make do with what Netflix spoon-feeds you. The Netflix approach is reportedly changing, with films like Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery given much more of a marketing push than they might have had back in the early golden years of streaming. Where TV series seem to get cancelled left, right and centre these days, often ending on a cliffhanger, a movie not getting a sequel is rarely a tragedy in film land. Watching Netflix movies can feel a lot safer than watching Netflix TV shows.
